The strongest gets most information ?Or the one who has most information becomes the stongest?

What are my guiding questions?
don;t you  think "the one who has the most information gets the most information?"
where does the information come from?
who has the most power? and Does he has much informaiton?

What are my current thoughts?
i think the one who has the most power gets the most information.
there are many examples around us that indicates that the person who has much information becomes the strongest.
if the idea that the strongest gets the most information has stronger hold, then how about the poor who became rich, and why do we strive hard to get many informations and acquire knowledge?

What is the opposition?
there are also cases that the strongest gets many informations.
